I’m home sick and making up a compilation cd to accompany a Kris Kringle present for a lady at work.

It’s funny how when you make a cd for someone, it’s not necessarily your favourite songs that you throw in. I don’t even know if it’s the songs I think she will like. I don’t know what type of music she likes. I know she sings in a cover band and her husband makes guitars so music is her thing.

As usual, I’ve gone with the girls with guitars theme, and so far it’s a pretty cruisy listen… That might be the result of me being bedridden and sleepy but I hope she likes it.

Egg on you can’t go wrong with a little Emmy Lou, dc, audreys, be good tanyas, jodes, tiddas and waifs…
