Things I’m looking forward to :

Working with a boss and staff – all in person;

Working near the airport – exciting;

Walking to and from the free carpark 10 minutes away – “say goodbye to those thighs…”;

A pay rise;

Feeling part of a big team;

Learning about bigger operations and organisations;

Being able to tell people where I work in one word;

Taking pride in regular organisational achievements;

Having ambition to progress to other roles in the organisation;

Thursday lunch touch football.
